Positions within European Sole Stores

Branch Manager

Your main responsibilities will include preparing: plans; forecasts; and budgets, in addition to effectively managing staff, operational control functions and monitoring performance in order to maximise the store sales. Through effective leadership you will provide the team with excellent customer service skills. Other duties may include typically: admin; merchandising and display; staff selection; customer satisfaction; maintaining records; returns; training; handling cash; and staff motivation.

Assistant Manager

Your main responsibilities are to support the Manager with maximising sales by encouraging and motivating the team to provide excellent service.

Sales Advisor

You will support management in this supervisory role in order to assist with the smooth running of the store, whilst also providing excellent customer service and maintaining high retail standards. In addition to which, you will supply advice, guidance and instruction to Sales Assistants.

Sales Assistant

You will be responsible for serving customers, as part of the European Sole “family” in order to maximise sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards as a highly trained staff member.
